Regardless of the industrial environment, you work in, our lifting equipment can assist in improving workplace safety and productivity. With warehouses located in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Brisbane, we are proud to provide lifting equipment to customers throughout Australia.
Where You Can Use Our Lifting Equipment
Our industrial lifting products can be used in a number of work environments. These include use in construction, building, mining, manufacturing and warehouses equipment industries. With our heavy-duty lifting equipment, you can perform a variety of lifting tasks with safety and convenience.
Our Range of Industrial Lifting Products
At Team Systems, our array of lifting equipment is available in varying sizes, load capacities, and working load limits, depending on the product. It is important to keep this in mind when choosing equipment for your workplace.
Chain and Lever Blocks
Chain and lever blocks are used in various industrial environments to manually lift, lower and pull loads. As these block and tackles and come along conveniently only require one person to use them, they are commonplace in power line work, pipe laying, forestry, automotive garages and heavy machinery work. Note that while lever blocks like our Crane Lever Block can lift loads in most positions, chain blocks like our Crane Chain Block can only lift loads vertically.
Synthetic Slings
Consisting of Flat Slings and Round Slings, synthetic webbing slings safely lift items such as poles, pipes, roofing sheets and stone without much risk of damage. Manufactured with 100% polyester, these polyester slings are a standard in many construction industries as their softness and flexibility allow them to shape and mould around the configurations of irregular loads. You can find our rigging straps in lengths up to 10 metres and in load capacities up to 10,000kg.
Chain Slings and Components
Our industrial chain slings offer a reliable choice when lifting heavy and bulky loads. As they can withstand high temperatures and exposure to chemicals and UV rays, they are perfect for use in foundries, steel mills and heavy machine shops. Available in one-leg, two-leg and four-leg configurations, chain slings like our Four Leg Chain Slings with Shortening Grab Hook & Self Locking Hook are each fitted with their own working load limit tags and are issued with individual serial numbers and test certificates. Additionally, we have this four-leg chain sling in sizes between 6mm and 13mm, lengths between 1m and 6m and in working load limits between 1900kg and 9200kg.
Furthermore, we also have chain components like our Panel Clutch (Swift) and our Eye Swivel Hook with Safety Latch. Manufactured with Grade 80 steel and made to comply with appropriate Australian Standards (AS3850 for our Panel Clutch and AS3776 for our Eye Swivel Hook), these chain components are designed for durable lifting applications. They are also marked with their chain sizes, grades and GLs, and they are available in working load limits between 1 tonne and 10 tonnes, and 2 tonnes and 12.5 tonnes respectively.
Girder Trolleys and Clamps
Our Girder Trolleys are used in industrial environments to suspend and move loads from beams, making them perfect for portable lifting, rigging and hoisting applications. They have a galvanised finish and are equipped with smooth heavy-duty bearings, making for easy manual handling of heavy loads. Additionally, these girder trolleys have anti-drop plates that preserve the safety of those below, and they are fully certified to comply with Australian Standards AS1418.2.
Moreover, our Beam Clamps are made to work hand-in-hand with our chain and lever blocks. With an external gal fusion plating process and a galvanised finish that extends to the threads, these beam clamps are ensured for free movement well into the future. They also come in capacities ranging from 1000kg to 4000kg, and they are similarly fully certified to meet Australian Standards AS4991 2004.
Forklift Attachments
At Team Systems, we also have several forklift attachments available. These include attachments like our Fork Extensions, which increase the lengths of the fork, as well as accessories like our CCA15 Drum Carrier Rotator – Drum Lift & Tilt, which converts your forklift into an industrial drum handler. A further example is our AR-P2000 Bulk Bag Lifter, which enables you to lift bulk bags by crane or bridge crane.
Additional Lifting Equipment
Apart from the lifting equipment mentioned here, we also have Powered Hoists, Lifting Shackles, Eye Nuts and Bolts, Cranes, Scales and Spring Balancers available for you to choose from.
