Products like our MS123V – Plastic Vented Bulk Bin / Mega Bin are ideal for use in food and hospitality industries, including settings like cool rooms, storerooms, freezers and refrigerators. Since chemicals can begin to leak into the food in non-food gradable containers, it is vital that you use a food gradable bulk bin or pallet for industrial food storage applications.

At Team Systems, we supply many plastic rectangular megabins for industrial purposes. For example, our MS7800 – Plastic Solid Bulk Bin is food gradable and is capable of holding loads of up to 500kg. Fitted with a positive interlocking foot feature that allows safe stacking up to ten high (when empty), this plastic megabin is made to be secure and durable. Moreover, it has a capacity of 780 litres and the dimensions 116.2cm x 116.2cm x 78cm. Please also note that the lid is sold separately as MSLID and that we also supply this bulk bin with a vented design: our MS7810 – Plastic Vented Bulk Bin.
Furthermore, we also have heavy-duty rectangular tanks available, such as our REM1000. Manufactured with food gradable polyethylene, this rectangular tank is perfect for storing fruit, vegetables, nuts, pet food and other general material handling items. It can also be moved easily with a forklift or pallet truck, making for convenient and accessible storage. With a capacity of 1000kg and the dimensions 116.5cm x 116.5cm x 110cm, this heavy-duty tank is perfect for industrial use.
Industrial Pallets
Plastic skid pallets are strong and durable structures that offer support for dynamic, racking and static loads. As they are easy to clean, you can maintain good hygiene standards, and they can last 10 times longer than wood pallets without the splinters, nails or sharp edges. Our IH537 – VI Pallet is injection moulded, food gradable and has a static capacity of 4000kg. We also have our NS900 – Heavy Duty Hygiene Pallet, which is made with recycled plastic (making it not food gradable) and has a static capacity of 8000kg.
