As we approach the festive season, we’d like to thank all our valued customers for their continued support this year. Please note that our office and warehouse will be closed from 20th December 2024 and will reopen on 8th January 2025.
Placing Orders During the Shutdown Period
- Last Shipping Cut-Off: Orders for in-stock items placed before 15th December COB will be shipped prior to our holiday closure.
- Orders After 15th December: While we will do our best to process and ship orders placed after this date, they are most likely to be dispatched after we reopen on 8th January 2025.
Rest assured, our team will work extra hard upon our return to fulfil all backorders as quickly as possible, prioritising customer satisfaction.
