Cancellation policy

At Team Systems, we aim to make your ordering process as smooth as possible. Our products may be purchased through one of the following options: Purchase Order, Pre-Order, or Contact Our Sales (Backorder). Each option has its own cancellation conditions as outlined below.

Online Purchase orders

An online purchase orders refers to any item shown as in stock and available for fast dispatch.

When you place an online order you'll receive a order confirmation email. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged seamlessly when you place the order.

If you want to cancel or change your order, you can only request a cancellation before the order has been packed or dispatched. Your order confirmation emails have our contact details. Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect full payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment if needed at a future date. 

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Back-orders

Some items may require manual processing through our sales team. These products may be on backorder depending on supplier availability.

Your sales representative will advise expected lead times before confirming the order. Backorder cancellations are only allowed before the order is placed with our supplier. Once the supplier order is confirmed or goods are in transit, cancellations are no longer possible. If a supplier delay occurs, we will notify you and offer cancellation or alternative product options.

Order Amendments

If you need to update an item, quantity, delivery address or contact details, please contact our team as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before the order has been packed or sent to the supplier.
